Polaris QPlex 4X

Equivalent of TaqMan Probe Mastermix

An essential aspect of setting up multiplex reactions is the accommodation of multiple primer and probe sets within the final reaction volume. Polaris QPlex, with its 4X concentration, provides users with the utmost flexibility to tailor their reactions precisely to their needs.

This is 4X concentrated solution for PCR reaction which contains dNTPs, HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase, Mg+2,and an optimized reaction buffer. The mastermix was designed for probe based PCR applications. The probe is designed to bind to the target DNA during the PCR reaction and emit fluorescence as it is amplified, allowing for accurate quantification of the initial amount of target DNA in the sample.

Polaris QPlex 4X Mastermix is designed for routine Real Time PCR and gene expression analysis from cDNA. Non specificity is significantly reduced due to the competent buffer system and Antibody hotstart Taq DNA Polymerase which results in early Ct values.

Polaris QPlex 4X mastermix is tolerant to many PCR inhibitors hence consistent results are obtained, in every run.

Both high and low ROX are provided as passive reference dyes.

Polaris QPlex 4X Probe Mastermix shares many key features with TaqMan probe mastermix, making it a formidable competitor in the realm of qPCR technology. Engineered with a balanced blend of high-quality enzymes, buffers, and stabilizers, this mastermix ensures optimal amplification efficiency and sensitivity, even in the most demanding experimental conditions. Its versatile formulation accommodates a wide range of qPCR applications, from gene expression analysis to pathogen detection, with exceptional precision and reproducibility.

Polaris qPLEX Mastermix, a powerful solution designed to elevate your qPCR experiments to new heights. Operating at a 4X concentration, this master mix offers unparalleled flexibility, even with dilute samples, accommodating as little as 1 pg of DNA.

One of the hallmark features of Polaris QPlex 4X Probe Mastermix is its compatibility with probe-based qPCR assays, which rely on fluorescently labeled probes to detect and quantify specific DNA sequences. By incorporating specialized components that support probe hybridization and cleavage, this mastermix enables accurate and sensitive detection of target DNA molecules, down to single-copy levels. This capability is particularly advantageous for applications requiring precise quantification, such as viral load determination, gene expression profiling, and SNP genotyping

Furthermore, Polaris  QPlex Mastermix is optimized for convenience and ease of use in the laboratory. Its all-in-one format simplifies experimental setup, reducing the risk of pipetting errors and contamination. Researchers can simply add their DNA samples, primers, and probes to the mastermix, eliminating the need for multiple reagents and minimizing hands-on time. This streamlines the qPCR workflow, allowing for high-throughput processing of samples without compromising data quality or reliability.
