DX/DT’s 50bp DNA ladder sets a new standard in convenience and precision for DNA electrophoresis. This ladder is pre-loaded with dye, eliminating the need for additional loading dye, and is ready to load directly onto the gel, saving valuable time and effort in the laboratory. Each ladder contains 17 fragments of precise size, ranging from 50 base pairs to 1,500 base pairs, allowing for accurate sizing and analysis of DNA samples.

The pre-loaded dye ensures easy visualization of the ladder bands during electrophoresis, enabling researchers to quickly assess the migration pattern and size distribution of their DNA samples. This feature enhances the efficiency and reliability of gel electrophoresis experiments, particularly in high-throughput applications where rapid analysis is essential.

DX/DT’s 50bp DNA ladder is designed for consistent performance and reproducible results across a wide range of experimental conditions. With its convenient pre-loaded dye and precisely sized fragments, this ladder simplifies DNA size determination and provides researchers with a valuable tool for molecular biology research.

Given the frequent sharing of vials in the lab, contamination risks are elevated. DX/DT’s DNA ladder addresses this challenge with a robust formulation enriched with stabilizers that safeguard the DNA. Nevertheless, it’s imperative to maintain strict cleanliness protocols, especially with pipette tips. Always utilize clean and uncontaminated tips to mitigate the risk of introducing DNases into the ladder vial. By adhering to meticulous hygiene practices, researchers can maximize the integrity of their DNA samples and enhance the reliability of their experimental results.
